[AI Implementation Case] Individual Identification System for Nishikigoi Using Machine Learning

Reducing management burden by improving the accuracy of carp identification! We are advancing research aimed at further improving accuracy.

In order to promote the local industry in Niigata, we are considering "how we can be of assistance through IT," and with the cooperation of Dai Nichi Koi Farm Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture), we are working on the development of a "Koi Individual Identification System." The koi farming industry relies heavily on the experience and intuition of craftsmen. To digitize the knowledge of these craftsmen for the training of future generations and for the production of better Nishikigoi, we are currently conducting research aimed at further improving the accuracy of a method for identifying individuals that is not affected by changes in the growth of Nishikigoi (patent obtained). *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
